Returns & Replacement Policy

At YourMangaStore, we carefully pack every order. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
  • Item must be unused and unread
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • No physical damage caused by customer
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Limited edition or collector’s copies
  • Clearance or discounted sale items
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect manga:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is credited to original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was damaged)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return rules apply.
